Wow. So, maybe they're tourists trying to capture what the subway systems are like... or maybe it's something more serious... it is rather paranoid, I agree... but there's a slight chance it could be something to worry about?

This is definately hightened paranoia in my opinion. The fear inside of people takes over the best of them, and right away, they suspect that anyone who may seem to fit into a stereotypical terrorist or criminal, is one. People except the worst possible senario instead of thinking logically about the situation and examining all possibilities. I am not denying the fact that the person taking the pictures COULD possibly be up to no good, but we can't live our lives in fear of what COULD happen.

ya people make drastic decisions instead of thinking about the best and most logical thing to do first.

but the states have had some run-ins with terrorists. 9/11 ring a bell? and then there were the terrorist attacks on the london subway. It a good way to send a message, as well as a good terror tactic. You knock out transportation...or at least install a fear of travel...and you have the public in panic. Maybe these guys were planning something. In a way, suspicion has just become the way of thinking.

yes but its alot harder to knock a building down with a camera there is a drastic difference. also it says they talked but not that he didn't respond but that he left before the police came. never trust the midia to give u the whole story

I agree that suspicion has become a way of thinking. i also agree w/ pokemon that we can't always live in fear of what might happen. so i guess it's good to be a bit suspicious, but at the same time, don't jump to illogical conclusions. it may have been more efficient for the cashier to talk to the man, then gauge from that whether or not the police need to get involved.

inocent until proven guilty and people who are in constant fear of such things will die of stress way before he's finish developing his photos. the is little rationality in such extrem fears. if u want to know more look up the "little albert expiriment" for info
